The requirements for success and the achievement of planned goals, force companies institutions to optimize utilization employees, especially those who have acquired experience in their field work within a specific environment. In order make sure employees are continuously high momentum performance, must be given sufficient rewards. This conceptual paper discusses on performace how it is influenced by an occupational sector, rewards can classified into two categories, which intrinsic extrinsic Various literatures were studied analyzed. study found that most either positive or negative they received. Keperluan untuk meraih kejayaan dan mencapai matlamat yang dirancang, memaksa syarikat institusi mengoptimumkan penggunaan pekerja, terutamanya mereka telah memperoleh pengalaman dalam bidang kerja persekitaran tertentu. Bagi memastikan pekerja sentiasa berada prestasi tinggi, mesti diberi ganjaran mencukupi. Kertas konsep ini membincangkan tentang bagaimana ia dipengaruhi oleh ganjaran. Dalam sektor pekerjaan, boleh dikelaskan kepada dua kategori, iaitu intrinsik ekstrinsik. Pelbagai literatur dikaji dianalisis. Kajian mendapati kebanyakan sama ada positif atau negatif terima.
